Maryland soft crabs (Shipped fresh all summer, frozen during the offseason)
Cooking soft crabs:
- Thaw soft crab completely
- Place flour in a shallow bowl or dish and coat both sides of the soft crab completely
- Using a non stick skillet over medium heat add crabs to pan, cook 3 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes
- Serve on a sandwich, or eat a la cart
