Description
Wild caught Gulf of Mexico Shrimp:
20-25 shrimp per pound, we recommend a 1/2 pound per person. These shrimp are perfect for steamed, grilled or baked. Serve with cocktail sauce and fresh lemon.
Steaming instructions:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- Add Shrimp
- Cook uncovered for about 5 minutes per pound, shrimp will begin to float
- Empty pot into colander and rinse with cold water
- Toss in our signature spice blend and serve with cocktail sauce and fresh lemon
